Cool Smallville Episode Guide

A party is going on by Crater Lake. The lake is frozen over and underneath the ice is kryptonite or meteor rocks. Sean misses a football pass from Whitney and goes out on the slick ice to retrieve the ball. Unfortunately, while walking back the ice starts to crack and Sean falls into the ice cold meteorite filled water.

The next morning, miraculously, Sean makes it out of the water, but he's not quite the same. He just can't seem to warm up. The only way Sean can warm up is to take the body heat from other humans which ends up freezing them to death.

Lex Luthor sets up a date between Lana and Clark offering him a free limo ride, and he offers to help the Kents out  financially.

Chloe almost becomes Sean's next victim but Clark shows up to save her, which interrupts Clark's date with Lana, of course.
 Sean escapes and causes Lana and Whitney to wreck his truck. Whitney and Lana escape to the Luthor mansion while Clark investigates the wrecked truck. Sean puts the zap on Clark freezing him and heads towards Luthor's. Sean cuts off the power to the house and Martha Kent, there to meet with Lex along with Jonathan on the farm's financial problems, goes out to investigate.

Martha runs into Sean. Clark has unthawed by now and shows up to save the day. Clark knocks Sean a couple of hundred of feet in the air into a nearby body of water which freezes solid with Sean in it.

The next day Lex Luthor comes over to the Kent farm only to have his offer of financial help turned down by Jonathan.
